We may charge an administrative fee of $75, but other than that, it will cost you nothing other than a little bit of your time.

Is it cheaper to contact the insurer directly?

No, not at all. In fact, when you use an Insurance Adviser, often your premium quote(s) may come out to be lower.  This is because at Max Insurances we are part of the steadfast network which provides us with access to multiple Insurance providers on their panel and is therefore able to ensure your premiums remain competitive. How do Insurance Advisers at Max Insurances get paid?

Our Insurance Advisers are salaried advisers. Generally, Insurance Advisers receive commission from the relevant insurance product provider for placing a policy with them.  Insurance providers see us as another distribution channel for business and are happy to pay us for securing the right insurance for our customers with them.  This is great because it means we do not need to charge our customers for our Insurance Advice services and instead can focus on finding the most suitable insurance provider with the most suitable cover and pricing.

How do I get a quote from Max Insurances?

Getting a quote from us is simple and easy. It takes you a few minutes to complete our online form. Or you can give us a call on 0800 ASK MAX (0800 275 629), and we will gather the information needed from you over the phone.

From there, an Insurance Adviser will be in touch.  If within business hours, this will generally be within 2 hours.  The Insurance Adviser will confirm your details and then based on this information and what you are looking for, provide you with a quote(s) for your review.

How should I choose an insurance policy?

What is an excess?

We have a variety of payment options that allow you to pay your premiums weekly, fortnightly, monthly or annually.

What happens if my situation changes?

What happens if I need to make a claim?

Does Max Insurances help with any ongoing service?
